At Neelams Jewels, we aim to ship all orders within 48 hours to 14 days of purchase. Please note the following important information before placing your order:

Glass Bangles Are Fragile: We take great care in packaging, but breakage during shipping is a known risk. Customers assume this risk when placing an order.

Address Accuracy Matters: Please double-check your shipping address before checking out. Once your order is placed, it may be difficult or impossible to update your address, especially after it has shipped. We are not responsible for lost/undelivered packages as a result of wrong address.

Carrier Delays: Delivery timelines are estimates only. Shipping carriers may experience unexpected delays at any time. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers and cannot predict or control them.

Damage During Shipping/Lost Packages: We do not offer refunds or exchanges as a result of damage or a lost package during shipping. All packages are insured up to $100 through USPS and we encourage you to file a claim on the site for any damage/loss that occurs in shipping. File a claim here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
