Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy:

Customers have until their order is packed to cancel after placing an order. At Neelams Jewels, all sales are final once your order has been packed and in tranist. We do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances.

Please note the following before placing your order:

Glass bangles are delicate. While we pack all items with great care, breakage during shipping is a known risk and is assumed by the customer.

Size matters. We highly recommend verifying your correct bangle size before purchasing. We are not responsible for items that do not fit. Please note that glass bangles tend to run bigger than metal bangles.

Handmade Items Will Not Be Perfect. Our pieces are handmade therefore some inconsistencies in color and size are expected. Please note that glass bangles tend to run bigger than metal bangles.
